Very friendly and welcoming staff. Extremely clean. Good choice of drinking facilities in room. Sea view lovely. Breakfast excellent with good choice.
Very welcoming staff excellent breakfast first class decor warm and cosy atmosphere very good room facility's all together a first class stay.
It was very clean and comfortable, rooms were spacious and very well presented. Car parking was via a permit, right outside the door.

Unfortunately a lot of stairs and no lift which could be a problem if you are elderly.
Given this was a 'hotel', our room was not made up, although I suspect it probably wouldn't have been too much trouble if we had asked.
