we will be going back it as every thing you need and it only down the road to the front where you have every thing you need we never heard any other people well we was there and it was full im bad with my leg and i have ms but still found it all ok even the steps out side make sure you dont go on the front to buy choc or a paper you can get it 3 mins walk upthe hill cos there is nothing at the front i wanted to stay one more day but was no where for us cos it was all booked up but they did try.
wszystkie opinie » The location is excellent, two minutes and you're on the front. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were nice and friendly. The parking is good as the hotel gives out a free parking permit. There is parking on the hotel's street which I think is free for 20 minutes. This should be enough time to get checked in and grab the parking permit. If location is your main requirement, this is the place. Trev & Allison were very welcoming from the moment we arrived. Hotel & room were spotlessly clean & the breakfast was amazing. Brilliantly located within a few minutes walk of everything, I wouldn't hesitate to stop here again, a real home from home. Parking is challenging in this resort town, but our host simplified matters with good directions on where to find a spot. He also moved our room down from the fourth to the first floor to make it easier on our old knees. We really appreciated that move. Excellent, friendly comfortable, very clean Bed and Breakfast. The place has character. Scarborough, even on a grey stormy October weekend was vibrant, lively, Everything was almost on the hotel doorstep. I would certainly stay again. Lovely hotel & very friendly owners. Nothing was too much trouble & the breakfasts were excellent! Would highly recommend this hotel & would certainly book there again, very near the beach & shopping. Couldnt fault the Hotel or the wonderful staff. There are some reviews here moaning about the seagulls. To be honest, this is probably a fair complaint, but this is not a fault of the hotel, more the location. The room we were in had very noisy seagulls outside all night, which would be the same for all hotels in this location, although double glazing might help. Finding somewhere to park could be awkward at busy times. If peace and quite are your main requirements, away from the gulls would be best. Having to go home!. nothing. Not the Hotels fault. Scarborough is hell for parking and it's very expensive and makes no concessions to blue badges. If you drop off your luggage and turn right further up the road you may find some roadside parking. Tip! Shut your bedroom window or you may be woken up at 4 am by screaming gulls. Having to park in surrounding streets with limited spaces. Free parking permits issued. nothing to dislike at all. Had room in attic, the hot water system noisy. Having to go home!. just the seagulls were quite loud but didnt spoil our stay. Parking may be a problem at busier periods of the year. We parked without a problem when we stayed in September. Nothing. only 1 small thing but important to us women no full length mirror. could do with blackout curtains, but not essential. microwaved sausages. Nothing. Nothing. Paid £20 more through letsbookhotel.com than it says on tarrif displayed in hotel!. Very steep hill , would have liked a lounge to sit in. No lounge area No large mirrors in room No hooks for coats in room.
