The hosts were really nice and the parking near the hotel is a bonus. The cooked breakfast was superb - one of the best I've evr had at a hotel and we were made to feel very welcome. The hotel has wireless internet, which was good. The location is very good, close to the seafront on the North Bay with a nice restaurant close by, and the cinema. Only a short walk to the city centre. Very good value for money and would recommend compared to other B&Bs in the area.
wszystkie opinie » We received a very warm greeting from the hosts. Breakfast was superb and well organised. Not many places cater for us vegetarians but they went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Room was a bit small but very well decorated and very clean and tidy. Good location, easy to get to all places, ideal for anyone attending open-air concerts or just to have a relaxing walk around Peasholme Park. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to family and friends. A lovely little guest house ran by a very friendly couple. The rooms were clean and comfortable and warm. The DVD's were a wonderful touch. The breakfast was first class and cooked fresh for you each morning there was everything from cereal to a full English breakfast available each morning. It is in a convenient location for all the amenities in Scarborough and surrounding areas. I would recommend this guest house to friends and others. I was made so welcome at the Guest House it was a real home from home. As an 18 year old girl travelling solo whilst doing a two week placement at the sealife centre. It was lovely to come home from a day at work and share a glass of wine in the garden with the owners, who were just fantastic. Eric was very accommodating without being over bearing. The room was ample and the bed very comfortable. Great, powerful shower. The breakfast was lovely and seemed to use good products. Overrall, excellent value for money. N/A. dining room could be bigger. Bathroom door did not lock and could do with a bit of a spruce up as looking tired. we dn't want to come home as we were well loked after cant wait to go back. Room on the small side especially the bathroom. Slightly noisy shower, but rest of experience put this to the back of my mind. Few minor repairs to decor needed but nothing major. Parking is a bit hit and miss in busy periods. Nothing.
