Please note that this property does not supply any towels linen or pillow cases, Guests will need to supply their own. Guests are required to call the property at least one hour prior to arrival to ensure prompt check-in. Guests are asked to be courteous to the neighbours, and behave in a socially responsible and acceptable manner while staying at the property. If guests do not adhere to these guidelines, they many be asked to leave. The property may take a copy of documents at check-in for security reasons. All guests will be required to produce a valid booking confirmation voucher as well as the original card used for payment and a valid photo ID upon arrival. Please note that parties are not permitted at the property. Penalties will apply to guests that break this rule. A security deposit of GBP 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
