Perfect starting place to visit Perth, nearby city centre, superbly
friendly couple that recently took over this B&B.
There are ongoing restorations in progress in the garden and the house, but everything is already top quality.
We needed to leave early, and had our breakfast served for us before other guests, and paid for the room the day before, so we could leave in time. What service!. wszystkie opinie »
Beechgrove is a delightful guest-house with welcoming hosts. It is in easy walking distance across the river from the city centre (and I am elderly, walking with a cane). It is therefore close to Perth's own attractions without any of the bustle of a town (and noise from passing traffic below can easily be blocked out). Scone Palace is not far away and can be easily accessed by car or bus.
Close proximity to river Tay public gardens and city. Delightful
spacious and comfortable accommodation with dual aspect windows to
bedroom, set in a mature sylvan landscape. Good food, service and
provision of city map with recommended restaurants [Pig'halle French
restaurant was excellent].
Without a doubt the nicest B&B we have stayed in. Everything was
perfect including the breakfast. The owners made us feel very welcome
and if we ever are able to return to the U.K. we would make a special
trip up to Scotland to stay there again.
The house itself is striking, the grounds and gardens are well maintained and the interior is furnished to a high standard. The breakfast was excellent and the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The owners were friendly and knowledgeable.

Lovely guest house very comfortable and only a very short walk to city centre. Owners were very very warming and made our stay excellent.Will definately return soon. I even received a birthday card when they found out why we were there.

Honestly, I liked everything! - especially: location, decor \ interiors,
and breakfast - wonderfull! I would visit Perth while being in Scotland
just for opportunity to stay at this place.

I liked everything about this guest house.
Our room was cold when we arrived and there was a feeling of cold draught even when we got a heater. We booked a superior twin and although the room and furnishings were adequate there was nothing particularly superior. The bath/shower was tiny. Nothing that would stop us going back tho.......
