I chose Elm Lodge Guest House for my family and best friends to come to stay for 3 nights for my wedding, and I stayed there myself for one night. I booked the whole of the 3 bedrooms.
I loved everything - Andy had a very warm welcome for us, and added a very special touch to my parents and friends', and my own stay. He knew I was going to be staying there as a bride, and he especially ordered a massive mirror for the bathroom!! On the night before the wedding he gave us a bottle of champagne, . wszystkie opinie »
Our studio apartment was so lovely we wanted to move in! Large rooms are in a lovely Victorian house. Breakfast around a large table in the dining room which was great, all the guests were in conversation as we were served a lovely breakfast. Large garden, nice area of city.Andy and his son were so friendly and welcoming. Stay here!.
loved everything about this quirky guest house. when in Nottingham again, will defo want to stay again. the owner was delightful. the apt so different and quirky. Do not come here if you're looking for luxury surroundings, do come here for comfort ,cleanliness, and great people.
If you like staying in quirky places, this is for you. I loved Elm Bank and would definitely stay again. Very friendly and helpful owner and son. Thank you for a short but enjoyable stay. I'll be back xx.
I agree with Helen - Cheltenham. It was quirky but a great place to stay. Andy and his son were very friendly - we will most definitely be back as we travel north and south to meet up for the weekend.
Friendly enjoyable stay the two Andy's were really great, a superb breakfast set me up for the day. I will make this a regular stop when I next visit Nottingham.
The whole experience was great! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the notts area! Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!.
Dog friendly family home of great character, converted into apartments (basic self catering and en suite). Excellent value at £65 for B&B.
Had a great stay there. Room was huge. Breakfast was excellent. Chatted to Andy for ages - really interesting guy. Will stay there again.
Owner cannot do enough for his guests. He is the friendliest owner I have ever met.

Potential safety hazards. Ie slippery and loose steps to basement room.
nothing.
Basement room was a little noisy late at night, from the rooms above. I've experienced worse....but not by much.
the open plan steps to get to our appartment were difficult and steep the place was a little untidy and run down no parking on site but it was easy to park on road outside.
I didn't get to see the other apartments but I don't recommend the converted basement apartment.
