value for money. We could check in at anytime. The staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom facilities all worked well. location was suitable; price was good, staff very helpful.Proximity for city centre. Wireless available - price included.Friendliness/helpfulness of staff. nothing. Plastic mattress. couldn't get Internet access from my room but it might have been my appliance. see above the service was not consistant with a very poor connection speed when I raised this I was told it was my laptops fault?. The room smelt of sewage. My single room was small and rather cramped. there was no wardrobe to hang clothes, though there was a rail and hangers. Nowhere to hang up anything - one coathanger to hang on TV bracket. Room tiny. The room was booked as a double but it was far too small for a double and the bed was 3/4 size only. For £65 this was overpriced. If the room had been £30-£40 it would have been fair. It was clean and tidy. Fittings were low cost but ok when new but they won't last. For single occupancy the room would be adequate. noisy with uncomfortable bed (small mattress on larger frame).shoddy. Bad repair of the room (e.g. skirting board falling off), no lightbulb in the lamp, and an uncomfortable bed.
