Very modern and clean. Small but great value for money just as a base for the night. 5-10 min walk to Finsbury Park.

No internet access in the apartment. Staff tried to blame my laptop but as it worked in the hotel reception and not in the apartment across the road this was a bit of a non starter. Very disappointing as I needed to work in the evenings.
Breakfast was awful.
Girl at reception was quite rude and basically ignored me until a much friendlier man checked me in. Other than that, no problems.
A guest upstairs. He was praying from 6:00 am to 9:00 am but screaming.

Location is not great: neighbourhood is a little run-down, and away from the city centre.

Staff is very bad, very small bathroom ( I didn't see like this bathroom in my life ).
Tiny bathroom with no heating. The main heating is not adjustable in the room, it is central heating. Four times I asked the hotel to increase the heat but each time I got a different story (such as "this is May - there is no need" - well it was sub 10C at night and far too COLD for my baby".

It was advertised as five star hotel which I think it is only a three
start I call this a Dodgy sell tactic.
Location is not very good. They don't indicate that the keys have to be collected at a nearby hotel. I ended up in front of the hotel and tried to call, but no answer on the phone or the door. Finally I had to call one of the tenants, who told where to collect the keys from.
They advertised free internet. But there is no internet in this place. Almost everything they say in the advertisement is untrue.
Room was not ready when we arrived at 16.00hrs. We requested a quiet top floor room away from roads and were give a ground floor one by a road and the main front door. They gave us another room which was very poor but on the first floor and quieter. We will not stay there again.
Shower badly scolded my partner,, spent all trip in A&E as a result.
