The price was fantastic for the room - it was basic and equipped with everything we needed for a quick stop-over. It was very warm and comfortable. The staff were very friendly!. good location, cheap price, friendly staff. breakfast (great variety, very good), nice rooms exept that sleeping by the window wasn't easy because of the cold coming through. It was clean. We got fresh towels every morning. Breakfast was good. £35 for an en suite single room. Value for money.Easy access to the center. clean. The hotel is located in a nice neighbourhood (Bayswater) and only about 10min walk to the nearest subway station and 15min walk to Hyde Park. The breakfast is basic but decent. Good value for a 2 star hotel in this area. The front office staff were extremely helpful and polite.Frendly staff, good value for the price we paied. The room was clean and we were able to upgrade to a twin room for no extra cost. The hotel was exactly what we expected for the money that we payed. Location. Price. Helpful staff at reception. Adequate for 1 night. functional. Location. Close to City Center, many shops around the hotel. breakfast was ok(bread, cereals, cheese, jam and butter)if you're looking for a cheap place to stay and you are not looking for comfort, then it's ok. Located in a peaceful and pleasant area close enough to the centre, good transport facilities.Convenient location, good price. Your front desk staff were pleasant. booked 2 rooms which were 3 floors apart,so the children were 3 floors away! Breakfast room is small and got very crowded!. No Lift. double-bedroom too small, changed to a 3-bedroom. Low shower water pressure on 4th floor. Limited wireless connectivity on 4th floor. Takes a short while for water to become hot. I couldn't use a hair drier and a mirror at the same time because the plug? was too short. The shower did not have enough pressure to produce a spray, the water only trickled out of the shower head. The room is really small, we have barely enough space to walk after placing our luggage at the walkway (there's no where else to place the luggage).Breakfests. No left, small rooms, small bathroom. No hot water. Beds not very comfortable. Room small, no blanket provided on a cold night, breakfast disappointing. Long way up steep stairs and three beds in a single room - In general London hotels are ridiculously over-priced for what one gets when compared with the rest UK. It's akin to theft. What will the visitors to the Olympics think?. No left, small rooms,. According to my experience, this is not the worst hotel in Central London but with those prices it's easy to find better hotels.rooms are tiny and a bit cold although the heating was on. 4 floors and no elevator, quite a task with the luggage. No lift, scant spaces, modest breakfast, stained towels each day.Uncomfortable bedding, tired decor, noisy guests in the middle of the night. electric toilet drainage, serving the entire bathroom. Room very cramped. There was not even a bar of soap in the bathroom and there was no shade on the light in the room - just a bare bulb. Room smelt damp and looked grubby. Located next to a homeless hostel. The hotel staff were rude, the room was not cleaned properly when we arrived and the toilet smelt of sewage and when we complained nothing was done and in fact we were told that it was our fault for reporting the smell at an inconvenient time. very small room, you can hear everything from the floor, poor breakfast (not so excellent as they say). Didn't really like anything about the hotel, found the website misleading in terms of pictures of the hotel. It wasn't very clean or comfortable at all. We had to climb up 6 flights of stairs to our room, when we asked for an alternative we were given an even smaller room in the basement which was not satisfactory at all. We were also woken up several times through the night by staff outside. I did like anything about this hotel, the room was so small like dogbox. Room and bath was so dirty, sheet was stained.thhere was just onetowel and bathroom was smelling like sewer.anybody did not show usanything. ,Where is room, where is breakfast...waste was the fullwithbefore guest things.it was not hotel, it was not hostel to.The space of the room was not comfortable at all for two people. Kindly introdue twin beds for your hotel. Furthermore your selection in breakfast is VERY limited. I felt that the room was TOO expensive for that kind of facilities.
