The Lexington Apartments will agree a meeting time directly with guests and ask that it be respected. If the guest does not alert the property in case of delay, the maximum wait will be 30 minutes. When the 30 minutes of waiting are over, property owners will leave and guests will need to contact the host to arrange a new meeting time. After 19:00 it is considered a late check-in and a fee GBP 20 between 19:00-22:00 and GBP 40 after 22:00) is applied to be paid cash upon arrival. The latest check-in is at 23:00. A cleaning fee of GBP 55 must be paid in cash upon arrival. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
