Apartments in ideal location in the heart of Liverpool One. Plenty of Restaurants and shopping nearby. Also convenient location to walk to Radio City Tower, Museum for Planetarium, Liverpool Library and Walker Art Gallery.. Convenient also for Maritime Museum, Tate Gallery, Liverpool Museum and Echo Wheel by the waterfront.
Home from home and just where we wanted it , slap in the centre of Liverpool, with the comfort of us being able to invite our daughter and friends from her university to dine with us in a nice informal setting. we will be staying again on all future trips and have advised friends to do the same. loved it.wszystkie opinie »
Great Location, apartments very spacious and clean. Fab shower, nice balcony & TV. Good kitchen applicances and plenty of bedding for fold out bed. Also underground park with easy access. Would def stay here again.
The space is large and location is perfect. Several minutes to Tesco superstore. And along the Duke St you can get to China town and also Liverpool one is just several steps walk. (John Lewis can be seen clearly).
Far better than the reviews I've read before. The place was very clean and 5-10 min walk from the pubs. The area may be a bit noisy but what do you expect if you want to stay in the vivid area of the city?.
was upgraded on arrival to penthouse on the top floor. Excellent apartment, very spacious with great facilities. Had a gtreat view overlooking the whole of liverpool. Convenient to shopping in city centre.
Fantastic location and spacious apartment, considering the affordable price. Washer and dryer was a bonus! Friendly staff made check in a breeze and they were helpful in giving directions etc.
The lovely modern apartment is in the centre of Liverpool; the receptionists, Beckah & Laura were very helpful and welcoming and I could park my car in the building. Perfect.
Location was great. Facilities were excellent and with the benefit of
parking. No complaints about anything. I got what I hoped to get and
will be staying there again definatly.
The location was excellent. The apartment was clean and there were security guards at night so we felt very safe. The 24 hour staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Great location, very close to all city amenities. Also very soundproof,
have stayed in these apartments twice now and had an undisturbed stay on
both occasions.
Close location to city centre.
Good value for money
Place was ideal for a group of friends
Good facilities e.g in kitchen
Staff friendly and knowledgeable.
Great location, close to Liverpool one. Large apartment, plenty of room for 5 people. Rooftop balcony. Friendly staff, great with directions etc.
The reception staff were lovely. The apartment was very nice and
had everything we needed and we were upgraded to a double-room free
of charge.
The value for money was excellent. Apartmenta were nice clean and modern and also very spacious. Definitely be coming back to the same place.
the staff were very helpful .the apts were clean and modern. the location was central to most of the pubs and restuarants and many shops.
The Spectrum apartments are great, we stayed in the Penthouse apartment in 2012 which was clean, spacious and had everything we needed.
These apartments are great if you to get to known Liverpool for a few days! Good location, facilities nearby and nice price per night!.
Pleasantly suprised by the apartment when we arrived. Excellent value and very clean. Would certainly recommend and stay there again.
Check in and out smooth and hassle free. Looked after by Emma on reception in a very professional, friendly and helpful way.
Apartment had sunny balcony. Good location - was quiet even though in city centre. Spacious living room and bedroom.
Very close to the city. Friendly staff. Great facilities. Perfect place to stay for a weekend trip with a group.
Nice location and price, staff were very helpful. The apartment was
modern. I would stay again.
beautifull apartment . great value and superb location . i will be back.
Loved the location and the apartment living area was very spacious.
The apartment was well equipped and beds were comfortable.
location was perfect. walking distance to all amenities.
the room made us comfortable, the kitchen was grate!.
it was adequate for a nights stay for a family of 4.
The location is perfect, so close to everything!.
Comfortable bed, good location by night life.
The apartment was really nice, good location.
The general set up of the room was fine.
Space and close to Center.
Location, value for money.
Everything. comfortable, near to centre, reasonably priced. .
The apartments were very centrally located to the new Liverpool One shopping area as well as restaurants, nightclubs and bars. WIFI is free however parking isn't and cost £12 per night and you park across the road where you pick up the key.
So if you are heading to Liverpool to celebrate a stag night out, bucks party, football weekend away these apartments are for you.
Girls are reception were excellent not so sure about male gentleman on at night time needs to learn how to smile!!! Rooms were fine and kitchen equipment working well. pull out couch in living room very hard to sleep on!!! but over all it was good.
Location for bars, restaurants and liverpool one shopping. Very modern
All kitchen facilities for long stays provided.
Very neart shops and Liverpool One and public transport. Some of the staff were very helpful.
Liked the set up of the apartments and location.
Central Location good price.
central for shopping.
Location and the fact it had a balcony.
Location.
Price seemed attractive.
Only bad point is having to pay the £250 deposit on top of paying for the full stay upon arrival. Only I borrowed a family members credit card at home I would of been left with little or no spending money!.
Entrance was a bit grubby and was a put off.
Very noisy late at night well into the morning with misbehaving youngsters hanging around in the corridors. Quite scary.
I have only praise.
Though it was clean, the facilities were pretty basic, not 4star as advertised. The website pictures were deceptive. We had problems with accessing wifi at first too.
Friday and Saturday nights stays cost a lot more than Sunday nights.
Abit dusty in places.
Apartment in need of Maintenance. Shower drains very slowly so you are standing in water. Toilets are broken and challenging to flush. Apartment block echos so you hear other residents coming and going.
The living room was completely overwhelmed by a smell of smoke - the air
vent wasnt working and the balcony wasnt working. With no fresh air, it
was unbearable to spend anytime in the room. My dad smokes and even he
couldnt stick it. Also one of the beds was broken in the twin room.
i can honestly say there was not anything that I did not like ...Maybe a blind on the verandah door??but no big deal .
We booked for the Spectrum Apartments after staying there last year. However, upon arrival this year we were informed on the day that we had been upgraded (to a smaller apartment over the road!)
However, after the site manager arranged for an extra table/chairs etc to be brought to the new apartment we had a great night despite the initial hiccup.
No cushions on sofas and maybe a lamp in the living area.
£3 fee just for use of a luggage locker at reception.
Nothing.
The instructions from the hotel and Bookings.com did not suggest
that the check in was a walk down the street. When I got there I was
presented with a message on the door telling me to book in at
another building.
nothing about this apartment was bad. i could not fault it. top marks to Spectrum Apartments.
Didnt like having to walk up the road to the apartments as they were in a different building to reception.
Charging £3 for a locker and not getting your £3 returned.
A little noisy at night.
the headboard of our bed fell off the wall during our stay .. the appartments are in a very run down area of Liverpool with a strip club across the road .. fine for stag parties but not for a family with a 13 yr old staying.
Drunks from1am until 4am rambling around the hotel banging on doors, doors that seem designed to slam every time, walls so thin you can hear the seagulls squawking all night.
Nothing really happy with the apartment.
I had no hot water throughout my stay which was highly inappropriate, i memtioned it to staff who attempted to ammend the problem but coukdnt. this started as I was checking in straight from work and bath/shower was my main priority.
The room facilities said a DVD player was provided but wasn't there, had to wait for staff to provide me with a spare.
Dark rooms.
took a little bit of time to find the car park.
Only book room if you can sleep with noise from party animals.
Noise very loud from guests returning from clubbing. Walls very thin. Not much sleep obtained.
It was very noisy during the night.surrounding area rundown, items of equipment missing. dirty washing left in washing machine.
The apartments are right in the middle of what I call PARTY HAVEN, so if you are looking for a quiet relaxing stay in Liverpool find alternative accommodation. As far as being self contained they offer the bear essentials in the kitchen. They do supply a washing machine but no dryer. We stayed for two nights and we received a 50% discount when checking out to compensate for the noise and disruptions.
Very noisey at night both outside and inside the apartments. Hall, stairs and landing in a bad way, with holes in walls etc. and never cleaned during our stay!!!! The entire building needs a major facelift.
Staff not helpful many things in apartment were not working properly
deposit took longer than were told and though it was too much for one
nights stay Noisey Heating only in one bedroom of the two bedroom
aprtment so was cold as it was middle of winter.
1st we were put ion a poor and dirty appartment 74 Duke Street, but after complaining we had a good appartment in Duke Street (main buidling).
Noise at 4am
Broken patio door.
Communal areas need cleaning, stair well was dirty with holes in the plaster. apartment was scruffy, torn seat cover, broken heater and the replacement heater fan was noisy. cooker didn't work, several bulbs not working.
the noices in the middle of the night till early morning.
It was unclean, the door to the bathroom didn't shut properly, it
didn't look like any of the pictures advertised.
Beds very uncomfortable, noisy no block out curtains or blinds outside light constantly turning on and off through the night. Bathroom dirty with mould and generally unclean with hair, grim and grot. Very disappointed for the money.
very loud and disturbing if you want some sleep do not stay here.
We had asked for a fully equiped kitchen, but were sadly disapointed. Carpets an interior in the building were dirty, and worn down. Aparment was for 5 people, and we had informed of 5 people, but there were only 4 chairs at the dinner table (pictures when ordering had shown a table for 6!). For 5 people, there were only 1 key for the apartment.
