everything,apartment was excellent valve for money and i will definately stay there again.the communication between staff and customer was excellent ,have recommended it to friends,very comfortable and excellent rate. The Apartments were clean and tidy with easy acces to Liverpool City Centre. Plenty of space, great kitchen with all mod cons. T.V. Clean, good bathroom and kitchen. Position. it was very lose to the city centre and access to bus routes etc. The kitchen and bathroom were very nice but that's about all really.Convenient location... Very little. nothing. maybe collecting the key in a different place ,but didn't affect our stay in any way. No, although the arrangements for the late collection of keys on the first night were a little worrying as they had not been left at the agreed collection point. However, this was rectified in a speedy and efficient manner and all personnel involved were very helpful. coming from the airport,i had to go and chase around for a key,which added an extra 10pound to my bill,ended up going to a subway resturant to collect it!!! come on this is 2008...The bathroom did not have any toilet paper supplied. There was no Microwave which is really an essential in a small kitchen.No dining table, there was in website photos which was a little misleading. The settee had a big stain on it. No dining table/chairs, Digital tv did not have a signal. We had to pick up the keys from an office in the city centre. There was no map provided for driving to the apartments. After about 5 phone calls, and 1 hour later we found apartments. It would have taken 5 minutes with a map. No hot water. the information provided and arrangements for the collection of keys. we had difficulty finding the apartment at which point we were told we had then to find an office in town to collect the keys. at no point was this made easy. we were in a strange place and didnt know our way around yet we were expected to run around asking people for directions.From the begining we had no information about how to find the reception which is 1 mile away from the apartments. There was no television in the apartment and we were told that one would be brought for us, but it never was. The appartment was not cleaned thoroughly enough for me (underneath the cushions of the settees was really dirty). Where to begin... Poor facilities (eg no waste bins, not even in kitchen); stained carpets; hall light not working; promised wi-fi didn't work; tv not working on first night; no bedside lights in bedrooms; poor quality furniture. Terrible apartment and very overpriced for what it is. We chatted to a neighbour opposite, renting from same company and she had similar complaints.Services not as advertised.No TV. Tepid water from shower/bath. The capet was disgusting and a smoker had been in there previously. We are avid non smokers. The noise from other residents meant we had no sleep on the first night.dirty,broken items and things missing. the entrance was dirty as was the carpets on the stairs leading up to the apartment .once in the apartment the carpet was covered with stains and the windows were dirty .the cupboards in the kitchen were dirty. there was a very large iron burn on the carpet which wasnt even disguised in any way .in the second bedroom there was only a single quilt on a double bed inside a double cover for 2 adults.
