Home from home. Really good amenities. Really happy that I rec'd a phone call and text about the hotel etc. Really pleased with that personal touch to our stay. Close to the Liver building and local restaurants and bars. Parking was a nightmare - I'd booked a space and couldn't get in, without having to drive back around, get out of the car and speak to the concierge. Think a buzzer system would be better. could do with more in the kitchen. eg cooking oil, big glasses, salt pepper.Difficult to find, The address could be presented more appropriately to what you actually see from the road. The address is " The Unity Building" but the sign is tucked away. More visible is No 3 Rumford place. We ran out of hot water.
