Beautiful hotel, lovely garden, relaxed atmosphere and attentive staff. Clean and comfortable. Breakfasts were very good, wide selection and well prepared. Lovely waiting staff, nothing was too much trouble. We enjoyed our stay very much.
Great hotel in perfect location just 5 mins walk to Falmouth Town Train station. 10 mins to harbour and town and 5 mins to Gyllngvase beach. I was there during the Oyster Festival and the Blues on the Bay concert....fantastic!. wszystkie opinie »
Very nice hotel, food very nice, exceptionally friendly staff, nice
touches such as mugs instead of cups and cotton buds and cotton wool
balls provided! Hotel very clean and modern, good location.
A very helpful and pleasant establishment who made us feel completely at
home and went out of their way to accommodate our every need - none too
easy when I am War Registered Disabled.
Kind friendly staff and great breakfast. Room was clean and very comfortable. Had a problem with TV remote control, which was fixed promptly. Great stay.
Very friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable, well appointed room. Good car park. Near to town and shops, as well as beach. WiFi most useful.
Loved the location - 5 mins to beach and to station. Ideal for Coastal walkers.
Breakfast service very efficient and friendly. Good menu choices.

very friendly staff and wonderful breakfast choice. we had a lovely time we recomended to eweryone .
Friendly staff, good food.
The location.
Everything. You have not provided an option of (good) rather than excellent or average which forces you to make a higher or lower rather than good which I would have preferred to have given.
Good clean comfortable room, breakfast good and fresh, right near beach, would definately go back.
the beds were very comfortable and all very clean . the girls waiting tables were very nice . the owner came across very business like and not very welcoming. maybe I expected too much . also thought it was slightly over priced.
The location was good and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was nice.
The breakfast. The staff were very friendly.
Location, nice setting with the gardens.

The location of the property.

No fault of the hotel, but some overseas guests seemed to find it acceptable to send one of the party down to breakfast to bag a table while the rest came down at the very last minute to order. Well handled by the head waitress, but very inconsiderate for kitchen and other guests.
I had a single room which didn't have an en-suite, the shower room/toilet was close to my room but i didn't like having to leave my room to use the facilities.
Wifi a bit ropy on some devices (I-pad worked find - I-pod touch struggled).
- a box of tissues in the room is always handy.
- noise from beach revellers one night, but that's not fault of hotel.
Nothing really.
The bedroom we had this time was a bit small but we were very late in booking.
Car parking a little small
WiFi inconsistent away from bar
Small table for working on laptop would be useful in bedroom.
i dont feel there was anything I didnt like.
The sausages at breakfast.
Shared shower and toilet
Creaking floors
Thin walls
But sure what more can be expected of an older building
Still satisfied.
I felt the single room was compact and perhaps wouldnt be a room you would want to spend either a week or fortnight in but the odd night or two it is ideal.
I would like my own bathroom.
No wardrobe in single room. Sockets not easy to locate.
The lack of a resturant.
The hills. Bathroom had no ventilation.
the only thing I found annoying was the bar in the evenings was always closed. you could ring the bell if you wanted a drink but that seemed like you were being a nuisance so didn't bother. maybe during the high season the bar was open..
The walls were so thin that I could hear my neighbour snoring and unfortunately other sounds. The floor in my room was moving when someone passed by on the corridor.
Our room was very dark and compact. Very small window looking out onto a yard and trees made the room even darker.
Double bed, if we had known that we would have booked a twin room and some rooms very nice some not so nice. Our room needed upgrading. Room number was 18 in the loft. Others looked nicer.
room was small, bed uncomfortable and on suite was only toilet and shower (which was low water flow) wash basin was in bedroom.
The room was small, dark and damp, situated in the roof space.A tree completely blocked the view and any daylight. The enuite was a small "cupboard" with a sliding door and the wash hand basin in the bedroom.
cobwebs in the lampshades and no vegetarian sausages.
