Such a friendly reception. Even before we arrived Debbie had contacted me. I had enquired about an extra night and having received a cancellation she got in touch, although two nights was still not long enough! The room was excellent - almost like home. Absolutely spotless, modern, good facilities. The location was peaceful although the beach was only a short drive. The breakfast was lovely and plentiful!
Wi-Fi in the room was much appreciated! The equestrian feel was an added bonus although no. wszystkie opinie »
I stayed with my friend for one night. The place is a gem. Warm and personal service - 6 stars for the service, excellent location - a mix between the country side and a charming sea front (walking distance).. Excellent room condition and breakfast quality. The horses in the farm and around it are gorgeous for people who are interested in horses! I highly recommend it. There are plenty of hiking trails around for people interested in medium level hiking. At night you can either walk to westbour.
The Old Dairy Farm exceeded our expectations. A friendly arrival coupled
with comfortable rooms made us feel immediately relaxed. A delightful
breakfast with a friendly smile started the day well.
Emsworth provided that bit of England you expect to see only on post cards. Hedged country lanes and woods with bluebell carpets, together with horse and riders going for a hack will remain with us forever.
The Old Dairy Farm is close to some very good places to eat, so finding a place for dinner is n.
If there is such a thing as perfection when staying in hotels / B&B then the Old dairy farm is that. Amazingly bright , fresh and spotless, a friendly welcome from Debbie and a lovely cooked breakfast. Set in quiet surroundings and lower on my budget than the so called budget hotels. All in all simply the best, nothing is compromised good selection of bathroom gels, refreshments, even a bowl of mints ... Really impressed, I will return for sure , totally recommended..
This is a really nice place to stay, near the lovely town of Emsworth. Located in a peaceful location, at the end of a gravel drive. Very quiet, no traffic noise apart from occasional clip clopping from horses. An added bonus was seeing a muntjac deer. Stylish, modern, comfy, very clean accomodation. Very nice breakfasts, choice of hot and cold cooked to order. Friendly, helpful and knowledgable host. A lovely place to stay.
Id like to thank debbie and her family for a fantastic stay at the old

I was really impressed: the facilities were new and well designed with a really comfortable bed and brilliant shower/facilities. I had a peaceful nights sleep and a good breakfast. The proprietor gave me some excellent tips of places to eat and ways of avoiding traffic hot spots.
We had a lovely welcome with tea and cake - the hostess was charming. Everything and everywhere was sparkling clean, the room was well furnished and equipped. The breakfast was cooked and presented by an expert. It was lovely and quiet at night with fields all around us.

Meticulous attention to detail by the owner. The rooms were immaculate with several special touches. I booked out at 6am and the owner was up sorting out breakfast at this early time. A great stay. Nice nearby eateries and great views of the coast.
The Old Dairy Farm is both cozy, down-to-earth and also with a really high standard in the rooms and the service.

A delightful breakfast - again in shiny, spotless surroundings.
The place was easy enough to find and in an amazing location, so peaceful and quiet. The staff went out of their way to help us and even dropped me and my girlfriend off at the local pub in the evening to save us walking..
Modern stylish accomodation, spotlessly clean. Owner more than happy to
accomodate our last minute change to the booking (teenage daughter
wanted to stay with us). More like a boutique hotel than a B&B.

It is not a typical traditional farm experience in term of room conditions since the condition of the rooms are of high steet hotel. It is necessary a negative thing though.

Just a minor thing - nowhere to put anything in the bathroom, but the floor.

There is nothing I could fault other than perhaps the entrance being more clearly signposted.
