The flat was lovely, clean modern and practical. The frosty morning on the balcony overlooking the loch park was just what doctor ordered. It's literally behind hibs football stadium so very accessible. 5mins in taxi to playhouse and 10mins to princes street. How the frodge was stocked with refreshments and products for breakfast the next morning including fresh milk. View of the city Cleanliness and comfort of the apartment Provision of two bathrooms and well supplied kitchen.

A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required prior to arrival for incidentals or breakages. This deposit is fully refundable after departure, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Guests arriving after 19:00 will be subject to a late check-in fee of GBP 15. Guests will be met at the property to be provided with keys and to be shown the property. Please arrange your arrival with the property manager. This can be specified within the Special Request box at the time of booking. The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.
