Superb accommodation in a superb location. The apartment has everything you may need for a stay in Cambridge without the hassle, additional expense or unfamiliarity of a city centre hotel. Close enough to walk into Cambridge for shopping and to eat but just about far enough away for it to be quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Your own little home from home. Lounge and bedroom are very comfortable, kitchen is perfectly adequate and shower is excellent. All very clean and finished to a high standard. .
wszystkie opinie » Good, modern flat in attractive development with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The tea/coffee, bread & milk,etc on arrival were very welcome. The flat has the advantage of secure underground car parking and is within walking distance of all main Cambridge sights, as well as pubs, shops and the railway station. The apartment is situated in a lovely, quiet and well-maintained area in Cambridge. Shops are nearby, the historic center is a 15-minute walk. The apartment itself is quite new and equipped with everything one needs for a short stay. The apartment was clean and tidy and the reception was very warm and friendly.The town was only a few minutes away,perfect for shopping and sight-seeing all the historic colleges. The communication to collect keys and throughout was exceptional, I regularly have to take trips into Cambridge and without a doubt will be staying here in the very near future. Beautiful apartment in a lovely, quiet development. Easy check-in set-up and Emma was very helpful when I asked for some advice and directions. Modern apartment close to Cambridge city centre ,with dedicated off street parking Very clean and comfortable. Clean, tidy. Easy to find. Good parking. Local shops, bars and restaurants. Friendly, helpful owners. Excellent Location Secure Parking Up to Date TV Welcome Pack. Location and independence not possible in hotel or B&B. like home away from home, very relaxed. Good for long term, a real apartment. Nice view, big size living room. all facilities were very good. Location and bright aspect. very comfortable stay. Everything. My only minor complaint is that the apartment was a bit too warm for me when I got there and took a while to cool down to my ideal temperature. Having said that, my ideal temperature would be too cold for most people. The bed could be more comfortable. Nothing critical comes to mind and I will be returning soon!. Only down side is on top floor with no lift but this certainly didn't abd wouldn't put me off. It was all good. Lots of stairs. No lift for carrying bags. no cleaning services on the weekend. not really hotel but better as long stay apartment. nothing. It was a little difficult to find in the absence of the owner. Visitors should be aware that the apartment is on the top floor and there isn't a lift. checkout time was to early.

Important information to guests

After the booking has been confirmed, CB1 Apartments will contact guests to arrange key collection, which is at a different location (on same street as the apartment). You will be issued with one set of keys. If the keys are lost there shall be a charge of GBP 50 for replacement. If the car park key is lost there shall be a charge of GBP 50. On the day you leave the keys must be returned to the office by 10:00. There is a penalty of GBP 50 if keys are returned late. The apartments are strictly non-smoking, and a fixed penalty of GBP 100 will be charged to guests who smoke on the premises. The property and all equipment must be left clean, tidy and free from any damage at the end of the rental period. The hirer will be responsible for any damage to the apartment or its content, except in the case of normal wear and tear. If the apartment needs an excessive clean, the charge will be GBP 100. Guests are welcome to leave their luggage in the hotel's office before check-in, or after check-out. Guests are asked to arrange this with a member of staff before arrival.
