Rossdene house was lovely Beautiful decor throughout. Rooms well equipped and spacious. Lots of wardrobe/drawer space for a family of three. Wonderfully comfortable beds. Dressing area with all essentials and extras. Great size flat screen tv. Wifi in rooms. Tea and coffee facilities with any extras on request. Great bathroom and shower.

This is our second stay as Rossdene House is a superb friendly guest house situated in a quiet part of the town. It has everything you need the bedrooms are very comfortable and are equipped to a high standard and you want for nothing. The breakfast is also very good and the owner is always friendly and helpful.Would highly recommend.
We stayed for 2 nights in october in a double room. The room was spotlessly clean and well equipped as was the whole house. The breakfast was excellent as were the scones william the owner made for us. We were made to feel at home and would definately return.

Host is accomodating and friendly ,takes intrest in customers and offers adviceon entertainment and travel.1 mile from town centre, good links via tram/bus.Tidies and tops up room facilities daily , all single handed.
We enjoyed the nice warm welcome by William and his family and other guests also the big rooms the extra little things like hot chocolate as I do not drink tee or coffee and plenty fresh water in glass bottles.
A wonderful Guest House that is both ultra clean and modern. The beds are amazingly comfortable and the owner is very friendly. Would recommend to anyone and we will return as soon as possible. AAAAA++++++++.

everthing was wonderfull, from the first greeting to leaving, the room was spotlessly clean and very well decorated the bed was fantastic, the breakfast second to none and last but not least the Hoast.

The only one problem but not necessarily a hugh one is that parking round the accomodation can be a bit difficult.
My single room was rather small, as was my shower room.
we had to come back to reality.
Arriving back at hotel after day out does not guarantee convenient parking of car,had to park away from hotel.
