I booked this hotel with single room, on arrival I was offered double room free of charge by Cameron, who was very helpful and attentive. The breakfast was delicious and the service was first class. I would definitely recommend this place to my friend and family visiting the area. .
Location fab, owner was friendly and chatty and wanted to ensure everything was as we wanted, breakfast choice and amount was excellent, will go back at some stage and look forward to all the alterations planned for the future.wszystkie opinie »

Staff really nice. Went with friends made us feel welcome.
Friendly staff, would do anything for you if asked.
Cameron was very friendly and kind. Lovely to the children and very welcoming, the b&b was close to the front which was ideal and also close to the train station. The breakfast was really lovely.
Breakfast
Friendly Owner.
The breakfast was very nice. A member of staff sang happy birthday to my friend and played his guitar for her which was very nice. They also let us stay in the lounge after we had checked out because our bus wasn't due for a while, to take us home .
Great location.
The only fault for me was the double bed in our room was not comfortable but thats much the same antwhere as you get used to your own.
room slightly cold.
no thing.
Quite cold at night.
To be fair Cameron has only been in 4weeks and he nos there is quite a bit to do. Everywhere needs a good paint and a good clean, the bar needs stocking up ;) but good value for money. The only thing I could see that was an issue was he needs an extra body in the morning as he was on his own with only 3 tables for breakfast we had to wait 40minutes with hungry kids whilst he served other guests and cleaned the tables. He was very apologetic tho.
Room too Small for 3 Adults
DirtyCarpet
Broken Sliding Door into Toilet/Shower.
Cameron was welcoming but the other staff a little quiet. The room we had was for 3 girls on a night out. It was quite small for 3. The handle from the window was snapped off and the window wouldn't close so it was very noisy during the night and I was freezing from the draught. I told the staff next day and they didn't seem bothered . The bathroom and toilet were down the landing and had to be shared with other rooms. Not a problem if your only staying a short while .
As Jeremy Clarkson would say "it was the worst hotel..... In the world!! But we had fun!!.
disappointing. rooms small. very old fashioned, news a new re fub.
Poor service as took 2 and a half hours to clean the room, window in original room broken and stuck open onto busy road, wallpaper peeling in room due to damp, wi-fi connection very slow and not possible use, beds very lumpy with poor springs and uncomfortable. Other guests onsite complained of slow breakfasts, uncomfortable beds, rooms not ready, and worse another guest had their door kicked and opened by a drunk guest at 5am.
