Queen-sized beds with comforters - even in single rooms, Wi-Fi in the rooms, a computer in the reception for those of us who don't carry a computer with us, but like to check messages from time to time, efficient staff, breakfast buffet with eggs. Very clean. Good bed, good bathroom/shower. Good reception-staff. Balcony with a glimpse of the Black Sea. Very close to city-centre, yet quiet at night. Not expensive.

We got 4th floor room at corner w balcony n sea view, room w bathroom big, but no utilities. They charge base on person, 140tl for double. Breakfast good, staff helpfull. If u just want city trip a couple day karayel is adecuate because trabzon is not many to see. You can ask receptionist lady for public transport, dolmu. internet was working properly, good location, very close to the city centre. The location was in close proximity to the main square. Staff had very little English, but tried hard. Floor was not clean. Balcony door could not be locked. Poor lighting and toilet had a leak. Breakfast could be a bit more turkish. Business men smoking in the lobby...I Guess it's normal in Turkey but a bit strange seen from France. This hotel very simple though nothing to complain. although there were a lot of different kinds of food, there were no juices, fresh vegetables and sweet things. The advertised balcony looked into the wall of the next building. The hotel tried to charge a higher price than the booking. The room provided (upper floor) did not match the ones in the images on the site (lower floors). Nothing major. Average quality and the hot water didn't work one evening. This hotel is a little 'tired'. Hard to find. Poor breakfast. The night staff smoke intensively and this smoke percolates into the guest rooms so as you go to sleep you aren't breathing air, you are breathing secondary cigarette smoke. This hotel is NOT recommended for non-smokers. There was no shower cabin in the bathroom, so the shower was wetting all the floor. -NO CAR PARCING -They ask my to keep my car key with them to remove my car from the parking !!! -path room was not so clean. Bad smell in room.
