  Lovely restored villa. Great attention to quality details in courtyards, rooms, relax reading rooms, dining facilities etc. The staff was friendly and helpful and the food was excellent.   The staff were excellent. The owner was gracious, friendly, and informative. Yusef, the driver/guide for guesthouse tours and local trips was wonderful. He was friendly, funny, and a font of information in various languages. I usually avoid guided tours like the plague, but I would suggest considering theirs.   I like the feeling of beeing in a private house where everything is cared for by the owner or caretaker in a personal way. As a single traveler it's an advantage to stay in a Konak. Limited rooms, and the guests staying like to speak to other guests, which creates a good atmosphere. Asude Konak is this kind of place. The owner Jale Hanim is a friendly lady and the two young ma - The owners were very gracious hosts. The food they prepared was the most memorable meal I had the entire trip! Jale's cooking was incredible! The hummus that she made was the best! I can't stop raving about the food! The Konak was definitely interesting. It was nice to stay in a traditional house and actually get to interact with the owners. I really felt like we were welcomed as guests of the family and not just transient guests.
