They upgraded me to a suite without me even inquiring. They had cleaning staff come daily to tidy my apartment. Istanbul is a wonderful city, I would like to recommend this hotel to everybody. + all the taxis are just outside the hotel and in the rooms, the windows are well made, we don't hear the noise from outside.
