Wystrój wnętrz - I'm very grateful for Mme Elif, she was very proffesional in handling a passport-related situation. The concierge, both Mr Alp and Mr Jim were extremly helpful in providing plans and maps regarding the best in istanbul. Also thankful for Miss Bashak in reception for the upgrades. - location, service, design etc . . .

A classic hotel, which I've used twice before, in 1995 & 2005, before its recent refurbishment. It's now three times the price, but the grandeur is no longer faded, it's now a true 5-star place.
