It was our 5th trip to Istanbul and we found Tashkonak Studio Suites to be one of the best hotels in Sultanahmet and one of the highlights of our wonderful 5 days in Istanbul. We liked everything there: the friendly and very helpful staff; exquisite design of the hotel and our room in particular (wooden floors, comfortable and stylish furniture, spacious, cosy and clean room and bathroom); great location on a quiet street and at the same time in the vicinity of the main attractions and the sea;

Very good apartments. Clean rooms with new furniture: beds for adults and a child, wardrobe, table, chairs, etc. Kitchen corner, frige, gas cooker, cups, plates, and utensils.The apartmants are in the old part of Istanbul, 20-25 min walk to Hagia Sophia. 5 min to the sea embankment, a fish market and fish restaurants. Frendly personnel fluent in English and Russian (special thanks to Yildiz!).
