Great location. Easy to move from there to visit the city and rich of bar pub cafe and nightlife. Nearby Karakoy a dinamic district with many lovely restaurant and the great istanbul modern, a museum you might see.

Everything about that hotel is great. If I were to rate it, it must be a 7 stars hotel, one of the best around the world. The staff speak excellent English and are very friendly and proffessional. Apart from the excellent and friendly service provided by the Hotel staff at every level, we liked the comfort and spaciousness of the rooms and the location of the Hotel, particularly its proximity to Florence Nightingale Hospital, which was the main reason of our travel to Istanbul from Ankara. Walking areas nearby and closeness to newly opened Marmaray Metro station to go to the European side under the Bosporus are additional positive factors about the Hotel.

The hotel is beautifully designed, very class with baroque-style furnishings which I love. The helpful and friendly staff especially Ms Begum Girgin is amazing who emailed us a welcome letter prior to our arrival and assisted us in anything we needed at the hotel and our city trips. We had a lovely stay at the Hyatt. The hotel itself was beautiful and the service impeccable. The rooms were very nice with everything you would need in a room. The staff was friendly. There was a free shuttle 3 times daily to Taksim
Square and Sultanahmet, the driver was polite and very careful with the
passengers' safety. The room was clean, had all facilities, we have
really felt like home. The breakfast was rich. Nearby there is a
supermarket and a few restaurants/cafes. It is close to highway.
There was parking underground and outside in front of the hotel. The
internet connection was good.

Hospitality , since my arrival wellcoming spirit with everyone , every
one wants to help . I also noticed a precsion in everything I asked for.
Before leaving the hotel , I was planned to have a taxi pick up at 4:45
in the morning . at 3:30 am ,safe box in my room failed to open with all
my valuables inside (passport , air ticket , money..) I picked up the
phone and asked for help , a few minutes later a smily guest service
personell came over and open it for me . I expected to have some delay
