This hotel is modern, clean and comfortable. The staff go out of their way to accommodate customer needs. We appreciated the great air conditioning in all parts of apartment, which i firstly see in big apartment hotels. We highly recommend this hotel. Total Experience was great in this apartment hotel, amazing room and amazing interior, bathroom was the best, staff was helpful, comfort bed with variety of pillows, and excellent view from our suite, we are in king suite with terrace.
wszystkie opinie » From the first minute on that we arrive, we have excellent service in these lovely apartments. excellent location, mucher better than king suites of 5 star hotels. we liked everything, hopefully ll come back again next year. The location was the prime reason as nearness to Taksim Square was our first priority. The rooms were very comfortable, bathrooms were excellent with massage facilities, terrace with view was great!. The design of the hotel, so elegant. Location is perfect, amenities, clean toilet, nice tv and channels, friendly staff, clean room, sufficient combination of western and turkish buffet breakfast. I liked everything. me and my wife couldn´t have chosen a better place to spend our 50th birthday of wedding. For sure we will be back to celebrate more wedding birthdays. Everything was excelent. The hotel was top and was very very easy to get to my ofice from the hotel. For sure i´ll be back in buisness and for family vacations as well. I liked everything. Very easy to reach my office from the hotel and the rooms and restaurant were top. I´ll be back for buisness trip and also for family vacations. Amina and Gulusmer were very kind, they even ironed our clothes, always smily. if breakfast is given in price, it would be wonderful. unfortunately we spent so short time as we needed to go to bursa then. Next time i want to spend more time in Istanbul. nothing. to be honest, if breakfast had been included in price, would be even much better for us :). The worst place I ever stayed In my whole life . The location was very hard to reach. The service was way below standard. The Onur was very stingy. I don't recommend it .
