  Excellent staff ( Yildirim and Ofuk). The staff was supper nice. The owner, Aziz, was helpful and tried to help ASAP. Very close to Galata Tower and Galata bridge and to the Bosphoros. I will highly recommend this hotel appartment for any ones except Elderly people and ones with Mobility problem .
