Magnificent atmosphere and 5 star service. We stayed in the resort 6 days in jan of 2011. All nice words about Eric and his approach to hotel service wich I red in the web before trip were true.
It is far from the beach but it doesn`t metter a lot because he offer a transfer service to beach and back for free.

Breakfast in the room was nice (fried eggs with sausages, toast and coffee).
The hotel was extremely clean and new. It was very pleasant and the staff was friendly and helpful. Great place. -

there is so much I liked! 1)free and very friendly pick up from the airport; 2)wonderful lush green garden with many different trees, next to an open field with grazing buffaloes; 3) accomodation was spotless and cleaned every day; 4)

is the friendliest host I met. Took me for a ride through the town.
Brought me to the airport upon my departure. Made familiar to his
friends - supplementary service providers at the beach. They all turned
to be...good :-). Food, scooter rental, bar, beach, location. Kite
surfers paradise. All that was great value for money. The town/beach
itself is nothing like Patong or Rawai. Looong white sandy beach, quiet,
not crowded

Very friendly accomodating staff. I needed to arrange for a ferry out the next morning & mentioned it to them in an email & when I arrived they had it all arranged for me. Also I arrived early in the day - they held my bag for me till my room was ready and gave me a map and a quick run down on what there was to see & do in the area.

It's one of the best resort I ever stayed in so far.
I stayed in luxury sea view pool villa and it was amazing.
Me and my couple loved it, the sea view from the villa was breathtaking.
The tuk tuk service was useful and quick.
The Menu in babe pool restaurant was nice.

The resort is extremely luxury. All the beverage, snacks,and coffee inside the room are free, which is great for honeymoon. We spent 5 days there, never boring with the brillant inside-room swimming pool. love there!

Run by a lovely family who could not have been more welcoming - they made our stay.
10 minute bike ride to quiet beach. -
The owner and staff there were excellent. Very helpful and friendly.

The service was excellent and the Staff was extremely friendly and second to none. They were extremely kind and very helpful. Their English fluency is enough to hold a conversation with them. We were happy with the location as it was just across from Belle Spa, some restaurants nearby and especially Family Mart just around the corner. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the beach from the hotel.

What a beautiful resort! The pool is great, book a pool access room and you will be able to jump in the pool from your room. Everything in this hotel is very pleasant. We lived in the suite which has pool access. We had the best day in the vacation, to take the cooking class in Terrace restaurant. Thai chef Ms. Wenne is very professional at both cooking and teaching, while the main chef is also a nice person. They will be the reason for us to come back again.

We really liked the character and style of accomadation. There has been a recent renovation and this was visabe. We stayed in te royal phuket a year ago for slightly less however memory on on was much better. The location allowed us to walk to the Sunday market and the reception arranged our ferry to Koh Lanta. We are not big lovers of phuket town

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous! The decor was incredible, it made me feel like I was in a b & b in Europe. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful in booking buses etc. The location was ideal right in the middle of the old town! Overall, I believe this was the best hotel I have ever stayed in.

From the moment of arrival to the minute we left, the hotel staff gave us nothing short of 5* treatment. Beautiful beach club, plenty to do and a great breakfast.

Staff were really attentive, friendly & helpful. The hotel is on the side of a mountain which allows for great views but the property is quite steep, you may want to keep this in mind if youre unfit, elderly or have children. service with excelent staff. Congratulations Pullman Arkadia. We stayed
on Phi Phi Islands, Krabi, Bangkok and we definitely vote on Pullman
Arcadia as the best hotel for this travel.
