  The staff was extremely helpful with every need. I am disabled and travel with a medium sized Service Dog. This is unusual in Thailand, but they were wonderful. When I lost my camera. They found it and brought it to me, even though there was no longer room available for me at their hotel.

  The rooms were fantastic and had alot of privacy. We had the standard chalet with a garden view which had a balcony also. The staff were so helpful and friendly and offered their advice before we went on trips.There was a variety for breakfast to choose from and the main meals were brilliant! The wifi was great and we even got our laundry done whi - This hotel was very good in terms of staff, facilities, cleanliness, comfort, value for money and location, The two elderly ladies who were probably the owners were very courteous and kept track of all the guests personally on a daily basis during our stay. Though the in-house restaurant was closed during our stay we did enjoy a good breakfast every morning, which was included in the tariff. The staff also helped us with information on and booking of local tours and hiring scooters.

  Very nice hotel with nice stuff and good facilities. The rooms were very good. The beach and the location was also very nice. Cheap massage was provided on the beach.   Everything! Although it isn't in Ao Nang it's only a 15 minutes walk or 2 minutes by tuk tuk (30 baht per person) and it's not as busy which is nice when it's time to sleep. The staff is wonderful, polite and friendly. They have an excellent restaurant which has Italian/Thai cuisine. Finally the breakfast isn't buffet but has generous portions and you have 5 options to choose from - Very good and quiet location, close to Ao Nang and Noppharat beaches. This is a very quiet and relaxing place to stay by the beach, the bit right by the complex has a bit of rocks in there but you can get to a place without rocks in 2 minutes.
