  The location was absolutely amazing - 1 train stop away from the shopping district but not close enough to have the chaos around us. It also had an amazing mall within a 7-10min walk. Everything was provided for (in most cases, free of charge - we had our mini bar and internet free of charge during our entire stay!!). They reali - Excellent and friendly staff. Modern boutique hotel, closeby the big shopping areas of Bangkok. We liked the pool, on the 8th floor, as well as the generous amounts of complimentary water bottles and the complimentary drinks & snacks in the room. Staff was very helpful in setting up 2 diner reservations at Bangkok's nicest rooftop restaurants.

  The facilites are fantastic in the main building, however if you have a room in the corner wing you need to be aware that there is no gym or swimming pool - although it only takes 5 minutes to get from one to the other this can be very inconvinient as it involves going outside... not great if you're in your boardies. After speaking to the manager (by this time it was 1am so credit to him for calling me back) I was upgraded - I like the design and architecture of the hotel. The rooms are stylish equipped. The swimming-pool area is very nice. But it's in another building. You have to go out, turn left and walk 10 meters along the street and enter the other building and go up to the 9th floor. The breakfast is good for the price.

  Very friendly and helpful staff, never a grumpy one as I've seen at most other places. Also seems to have a consistent level of quality. - Great location near the gay area. Nice finishings and interior design. Buffet was amazing. Staff was generally polite and helpful.

  the hotel was v.good in almost everything. good location,excellent service and very friendly staff - Good location, close to underground and skytrain. Famous Soy Cowboy withgo-go bars is just round a corner. Big beds and big fridge in the room.

  good location. It is a furnished apprtment more than a hotel, but without losing any of 5 stars facility. Good choice - jacuzzi in the rooms and the staff is really friendly. Perfect for couples.

  A taxi from the airport costs around 400 baht (£9 approx in 2013). However, we rang the hotel and they picked us up. They added a charge of 150 baht for this and when we left they took us back to the airport too. The rooms are nice and clean with a queen size bed! There is a local market on nearby in the evening, a taxi costs around 60 ba - Meet and great plus transfer from airport excellent and well organised. Rooms spacious and comfy. Food very good and good value. Buffet breakfast very nice. Booked first night for evening arrival at BKK airport. Liked it so much we have booked it for the end of the holiday before flying home.
