Few minutes walk away from beautiful Ba Kao bay and another bay (which I can't remember). Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had air con & a fan which was perfect in the heat!
Boat over to the main beach is very handy as it's quite a steep walk back! (Make sure you take a torch if you plan to walk back at night)
Food was lovely and fairly priced.
Music is loud at night but seriously not bad enough for anyone to need ear plugs!! If you're going to complain you probably shouldn't go to phi phi!

This hotel is not for everyone. But I personally loved it as it was what I expected. Very in touch with nature - everything is made from wood. No tv in our room and only a fan. First we arrived to tonsai pier and took a longtail boat to reach the resort, it's only 100 baht.
It has a small private beach, the room is big and clean, bed has a net for mosquito, its reaaly nice to rest in the hammock in front of the bungalow. Our room was around 5 min walk to the reception between the town and it's own private beach. It's a nice and safe walking in the forest. First off, we were a bit worried by some of the ratings. So here's ours: Excellent!! We had a luxury bungalow close to pool and reception. Airco, Free wifi!!! Only 80eur/ night. Everywhere was clean, no bugs, a lot of cats though. The pool was beautiful. The beach bar had really good music, and overall it was not too noisy. Only 10 min from the pier, with a nice guy with trolley carrying our luggage. Perfect place!

Went with 3 other guys. We liked that it was located on the quieter side of the island away from the main tourist area - great when you're hungover! Good pool and beach. Staff always helpful - I cut my foot quiet badly one night and the security guard helped to clean and strap it up.
Other reviews aren't great, but I think people perhaps expect

*People complaining you had to go uphill to the bungalow-guess what, if everyone wants a sea view, some have to go uphill!
*Complaining the pool was dirty-it's surrounded by trees, buds and leaves fall from trees. Perhaps an indoor pool would've been preferred?!!

Free WiFi (room 205 could still connect from free WiFi in reception!), free breakfast and location. Staff were excellent as our luggage was left on the ferry (not the hotel's fault) and they called the ferry company on our behalf and sorted everything. We booked this hotel as we planned to arrive in phi phi a day early and
our initial choice was full, however we would have been happy to stay in
the hotel for the full time on phi phi.
We were met by a bellboy at the pier who then took our bags to the hotel and onto our room.
The room was clean and spacious and the staff very friendly and helpful. We left something in our room before checkout and it was brought down to us straight away.
The hotel is well located for bars and restaurants.
