The staff are wonderful and helpful. I have stayed there many times and it is always of the highest standard. Love the pool, the breakfasts, the cafe, the foyer where you can sit and relax and watch the passing parade, love the fact that it is away from a lot of the tourist areas and markets but easy to walk or sky train or taxi to any of them.

Please do not expect so much at this low price! There is nothing like the 4 or 5 stars hotels with complimentary fingers food or room service. The Service was Impeccable, i couldn't fault any of the staff in their manner and customer service. Especially the concierge, she went to amazing lengths to make sure that i could travel to and from the hotel safely and economically. The breakfast was brilliant and the facilities live up to their description if not better. Located very close to the Ratchaparop airport link station, it is only 15 min walking from the Siam commercial area and about 20-30 min by taxi from the main touristic attractions (Royal Palace and Wat Phra Kaew). We stayed here for 2 nights. We booked a family suite. The suite was old but had all the comfort and facilities. It was close to city center and had walking access to city hub shopping Malls.
