I had my own room with air conditioning and a shower; the room was very comfortable and clean for an extremely low rate (not low for other parts of Thailand, but very low for Bangkok).   First of all, the room charge for one week (approx. 6 days) was only 5,700 Bahts - quite cheap and reasonable for a place like Bangkok. The location of the hotel is simply great - very close to Rachatrarop station of airport MRT line to Survabhumit International Airport. And even if not the sky train station is right there. Owner was very friendly and accommodating, answered any questions and provided very helpful information about how to get around bangkok to the places we wanted to go, as well as making good suggestions for places we might want to visit. The hotel rooms were clean and nice and the - Friendly, helpful staff, great location, great breakfast included. The manager is more than willing to take the time to help you choose activities and suggest ways to get to them. I was so impressed I cancelled my second hotel and rebooked Bahn Sukhumvit 20 when I returned to BKK after visiting Hua Hin. If/when I return, I will have no hesitation in booking here again.
