As long as you're not expecting scenic views from your balcony, or attractive furnishings you'll be fine. It's cheaper than others in the area but the service is excellent, manager Ann is very helpful with everything, there is free tea-coffee at the reception, matts to take to the beach, and umbrellas in case of rain. Breakfasts are not included, but there is a great place called Harry's restaurant to the left - Affordable place with a very convinient position: it's only 1 minute walk to the beach and less than a minute to the street with all the shops, exchange booths etc. Nevetherless it is quiet here, you don't hear any street sounds in your room. Rooms are nice and clean. Owner and receptionist, Amm, is very helpful, and she speaks perfect English.
