  Staff: Very friendly. Had trouble with the safe deposit box twice, and they were prompt with the assistance. Check-in and out was reasonably prompt. Restaurant staff were warm and friendly...Facilities: Nice tub in the toilet to soak (but no real bath foam to use). Jacuzzi in the swimming pool was nice. Breakfast had a good selection, and they changed a fair number of dishes on my 2nd and final vis - Myself and my husband stayed in a Private Pool Villa which was fantastic, huge bed and plenty of space throughout. The resort is stunning and well maintained. We really enjoyed the attention given to visitors by all members of staff, all staff were curteous and willing to do anything they were asked, we were so lucky to be at the resort during the Loy Krathong Festival which we really enjoyed, such effort and hard work were put into the festitivities and getting the hotel decorated to which a

  The rooms were fantastic, we had a grand deluxe, the staff amazing so attentive and always happy and smiling. As far as location goes I would never stay in patong or karon , although we did tuktuk most days to patong I still love kata beach . I had a baby and staff were more then happy to assist with extra water for her bottles ect. The last time was with my wife for honeymoon. In general, I am very satisfied with the stay for both times. The facility is quite new and clean with a stylish design. I stayed with a deluxe room on the 4th floor with the pool view, but I can also enjoy a good sea view from the balcony. The location of the hotel is on the way up to the hill, but it's very convenient for a 5 mins walk to the beach and the restaurants. I would definitely go there agai
