  We were greeted by the hotel staff at the airport as we had opted for the airport transfer. It's not free but I've no complain as it was very pleasant. The moment the polite driver sat on his driver's seat, he offered us two towels to refresh ourselves. Then we were offered a drink each. The suv has a lemongrass scent which made us smile. When we reached the Bell Pool which is about 30 mins from the airport, the main door opened and it - The hotel was amazing and its very quiet and the staff are helpful. But this hotel is very nice for honey moon couples and for famillys. The only issue was that their r soooooo many bees and my wife was always screaming like a baby so watch out all men if u have wifes are affraid of inscects.

  From the moment we arrived, the Manager Phol and his staff made us feel very welcome and everytime we went to reception with a query, he gave us a free natural juice drink! The breakfast was fantastic, and VERY quick to arrive, all fresh and very good value. No facilities for dinner but w - Rooms are very comfortable, clean and big. You have everything you need if you walk less than 3 min. The restaurant popeyes next door has great meals at great prices. The staff in this hotel is sooo kind, they will help you with anything you need (rent motorbike, transfert service, book excursions) always with a smile on their face.
