A very welcoming and comfortable hotel. New, fresh, good facilities, fabulous pool and area, friendly helpful staff. We booked for 1night and stayed 3 days. Good shopping nearby and central city is easy to get to by taxi -100 bart, 10 minutes. All very good, thank you managers and team. The hotel is new and clean and has good facilities like the swimming pool. Simple buffet breakfast to start the day. Room is big and able to accommodate extra bed.

Rooms are quiet, very clean and well kept. About 1 km from the town center, though. Pleasant environment within the hotel. Good location, close to bus terminal and new shopping complex at Central Festival. The hotel is new and clean. Comfortable stay. Breakfast is fair, not much choices. New,good location quite near to town yet peaceful and have a good car park space. Hotel room and facilities. New Amenities in room. New designed architecture. Tidy and clean, perfect food, cheerful personal, only the best impressions. Facilities swimming pool. Breakfast not bad. i like almost everything about this hotel. the rooms are very good. Friendly staff. Bathroom. Hotel ambiance is nice, room is big and clean. Hotel is new, grand ballroom is still under renovation. Breakfast is fairly ok but can be improve by widen the food selection. Clean, room big & breakfast OK. New,clean n not crowded. Room decoration. Some say it is away from city centre but not a problem for us. Be careful of fluctuating shower temperature. It is located in the city centre but not close to shops if you would like to get something. There is no connecting rooms if you travel with family of 6. Breakfast is mediocre. Quite a distance to major shopping area. main road sign board a little bit too small~. some noise disturb during night time. none. Quite far from city center. Should provide daily schedule free shuttle to city center. shower was way too hot, like boiling hot. bed sheet looks clean, some how i got rashes all over my body when i zzz on it. breakfast was so so, but eatable. the coffie shop/breakfast room very COLD and poor decorated and also the the breakfast verry bad in my opinion you need to do something about this. A bit out of place for shopping and food. Food. A bit far fr shopping area. Location is not in town, even though the distance is not far but we have to take tuk tuk to town. Not so convenient for shoppers. Cost of tuk tuk is ranging from 50 baht to 100 baht per trip depending on time and weather.Suggest hotel to provide free shuttle to town. no room newspaper. Obviously the location. Breakfast needs more variety. Less car parking.
