The hotel is small and boutique but has everything you need. the pool is smaller than other hotels but its fine for cooling off and a quick swim. There are not too many rooms in the hotel so there are never many people at the pool and there are always chairs and loungers available.

Definitly loved it! The hotel it self has a vintage charm. Staffs were probably one the nicest we've never met. My mom had a little accident so they arranged us to the hospital, and they didnt even take the tip. We really appreciate the help! WIll definitly come back!!

Wonderful view over the city from our 10th floor room. Direct access to the Kad Suan Kaew shopping mall next door. Open atrium above reception to the top of the hotel 13 floors higher, with balcony corridors to all rooms.

Baardzo pomocny personel, ladne pokoje. - This hotel is the best we've stayed at in Thailand. Rooms are located in a wonderful garden with swimming pool, it is very calm and comfortable. The hotel is 5 minutes driving distance from the center. motorcycle can be rented at the hotel up to 250B. Seven/ Eleven in walking distance. Rooms are very spacious, comfortable and lovley designet. Very pleasant is the jacuzzi in the room. Rooms are very clean. Staff friendly, helpful and courteous. Very good service.

The staff was smiling and extremely helpful. Found all areas of the hotel to be immaculate. breakfast included a great variety of good food. - Location and extreme good value for money in a classical hotel, where every thing functions - including a powerful hot water shower - which is rare in many new boutique hotels that are much higher priced.

Very nice hotel, excellent breakfast . Everything is fresh and hot , with staff checking the trays for when things run out .Room was large with a separate shower and a bathtub. Wifi was free and worked well.Location is right beside the night bazaar and also right near a burger king , mcdonalds and pizza hut if chasing a bit of western food.I see w

Has the feel of private rather than corporate ownership because extra money spent by the owners has create beauty rather than just utility; furniture, fittings, decoration. Its evident everywhere. - Very nice facilities with library and Mac computers that can be used by guests on the ground floor, a very nice pool, excellent value for money.
- Good service - morning and afternoon tea, good breakfast options and good food.
- Very good location: a few minutes from Wat Chedi Luang, other temples are walking distance from the hotel. During our stay, we also went to the Saturday Walking Street and Night Bazaar, which was a few minutes walk from the hotel as well.

The staff were helpful, we were picked up and the car arrived exactly on time. The actual hotel and apartments are only a year old and are stylishly decorated. The staff! Incredibly helpful, gave us wonderful recommendations, helped us get taxis, red trucks, and tuk tuks. Also told us what to avoid :)
The apartment was large, clean, and comfortable. We loved the location as well...we were not in a touristy area at all, so we got to experience authentic Chiang Mai.

I really like the design of the hotel. Althought it;s in old city, but it uses buildings to circle an area and create a private/quiet space in the noisy city. Also, the location can not be better, it;s just in the center of the Sunday walking street, you just need to step out of the entance.
