The staff did not push us to buy any tour, but when we aske information they were super helpful and offered competitive prices. There should be more information on the site about how very, incredibly, clean the shared rooms and bathrooms-are and that there are a variety to choose from. So basically was in Green Tulip down the street earlier in the week for a week, and they would not let me leave my bags for an overnight trip to sukhothai and were very rude. Feels like home. Great balcony to sit and relax at and the staff are so nice. You could not wish for better hosts. 4min walk to 7/11, restaurants and local eating places. Park is close by as well. Wi-Fi works perfect! Also in the rooms. I would come back and I will certainly recommend the place to anyone traveling on a budget. I am here to visit my friend, and he feels more than welcome too. Cute kittens everywhere.

The owner of Ben's Guesthouse was amazing. He really made our stay as well as our time in Chiang Mai. There was no request that we made that he wouldn't have put the time and effort into answering or doing for us. The others who help to run the guesthouse are also wonderful.
