The location is close enough to the busy part of the beach and beach
road without dealing with the noise and crowds. The front desk staff all
spoke great English. The pool is one of the bigger I've seen on the
island. The room was comfortable enough for me to live in long term.
Breakfast buffet was enough to hold me over until dinner. -

Great place, good value for money, we had the pool access, great for
hangovers, great if you have a baby.

satisfactory. The location is excellent as the hotel is at waking
distance from bars and restaurants. We had the feeling this was one of
the best hotel in the area so we reccomand it.

Beautiful rooms with really good standard. Relatively soft beds for
Thailand. Nice poolareas and great breakast. Service was great at
all times. The beach was quiet and nice but no white sand. Ohly 10
min by car from Chaweng and it is easy to get a taxi or tuktuk just
by the resort. -

We first booked the regular rooms but when we saw the rooms we upgraded
to the bungalows right away, though they are smaller than the rooms in
the building but the quality is much higher. We liked it so muchthat we
booked it for 3 additional nights. The bungalows are just by the pool,

Terrific location next to beach, away from the busiest part of the
Chaweng strip but not too far that you can't walk to things.
Recommend if you're not a fan of all the touristy restaurants you walk about 500m south to the night market for cheaper food, also in this area are cheaper Thai restaurants once you get off the main strip. -

Whispering Palms was rightly priced, in a quiet part of town and with a variety of stay-length options.
The booking and arrival went very smoothly.
Being an apartment complex it was nice to have a lounge with TV, a good sized bed and bedroom with very good storage and a TV, a full kitchenette with large fridge/freezer, and an adequate bathroom.

The location is super, overlooking the beach but at the end of the strip so away from the noisy centre... Still you can walk to the centre or get a taxi. For Samui, I think you get a lot for the money here. Pool is really nice, Bungalows are very spacious and very comfortable. -

The hotel was amazing value for money. I was given a free upgrade to a deluxe room. The cost for a king sized bed in a large modern (18 months or so old?) well equipped room excluding breakfast for up to 2 people was £44 (for 2 days).

To me a very attractive hotel indeed – virtually brand new in its own grounds with outdoor pool and at night, a well lit up and attractive drive way.
The hotel is located just off the main road which runs parallel to the sea ion Chaweng. Easy to get anywhere and if you fancy a half hour walk you can get to one of the two main bar areas around Soy Mango.
The style of the hotel is slightly usual but very well done. Mainly white but splashes of color …. The name gives it away!!

The resort has a great stretch of the beach with complimentary chairs, umbrellas, towels and service for guests. Chaweng beach is soft sand, the water is very shallow, and lovely for wading. We enjoyed strolling the long beach after sunset, with quiet restaurants setting up tables at the water's edge.

We absolutely loved staying at Akyra Chura. Our room and balcony was beautiful and the location is perfect for those that want a bit of peace and quiet, but is also within walking distance of the action. The Hotel staff were so friendly and so helpful it was a delight to stay here and would not only stay here again, but would also definitely reccommend it to young couples!
