Smack in the middle of the Chaweng. So we didn't have to waste money on transport. Music playing outside till 3am but did not bother us as we knew what to expect. 6-hr tour at 450 baht per person. Israeli breakfast is awesome!

Stayed in this hotel for 6 days. Helpful and kind staff, the best beach that we saw in the island (this part of Chaweng is not so noisy and dirty), clean sand, sea. Breakfasts are very good. Rooms are nice (we booked the cheapest room and were happy, because nobody was walking along our room, and there were no noise as at the rooms near the swimming pool and beachfront rooms). The rooms where of a good size and the staff upgraded the tv during our stay to a large flat screen. The staff are very friendly and helpful, check in was smooth and they assist with bags. Couldn't fault this guest house. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast great, eggs, sausage, toast, fruit, tea, coffee. Basic but
more than enough. Rooms were spacious and clean, nice balcony area
outside room. Very near to night life but far enough away to have a
peaceful sleep. Don't bother getting a baht bus - rip off . 50 baht
for about 500m! And definately not on way back to hotel as you have to
walk to end of one way junction and by then you are practically there.
