Nice hotel with well-sized rooms (both 2BR appartment and 1BR appartment), very comfortable beds and excellent in-room facilities.
Location is little bit far from Sukhumvit (for walking), but still OK. There is also a free tuk-tuk service to Emporium, provided by the hotel, but I didn't use it.

P.S. excellent water pressure in douche, which is often an issue in Bangkok hotels. -
We love the beds, definitely the most comfortable I have slept in.
The hotel is a bit out of the way from main shopping and restaurants, however its only a short tuk tuk away.
We would recommend that you walk away from town about a 5 minute walk away is Flow house surfing (look for the Maverick Sports Bar) It is great fun and food there is great too.
All in all our stay there was great and would definitely go back there on our next visit to Bangkok

If you get to spend a few days in Bangkok, please book the tours directly at the hotel. The people there have a great value for money and are very flexible, putting you a personal package together.

its really well located and the staff are helpful and friendly. its pretty good value for money although its not that cheap but relative to other hotels in the area this is really the pick of the bunch. The hotel is obviously trying to be a standout hotel.

we chose a two-bedroom apartment for my family and it was so worth it
- complete equipment for living there, ovens, washers and everything. feel convenient just like your home
- close to the BTS chong nonsi station

The location is fantastic - heaps of resturants, shopping, 5 mins from BTS, 10 mins from MTR. Away from main road so not noisy. Great staff - we had trouble with our Bank holding our credit card (apparently didn't like us being in credit of all things!) but the hotel still let us into our room and were very happy to wait until the Bank sorted out

My kid spoiled the bed sheets twice by spilling juice on them the same day, however the staff was courteous to replace them without any extra cost. Though later they requested a charge should it happen the third time. That was really nice of them.

Hotel is amazing. Room is so comfortable,clean, wifi free and high speed. I love the gym and their swimming pool. Crave restaurant had good selection of wines, staff friendly as well.

The staff were very friendly, the free pickup and drop off to the end of the road saves lots of walking and there is a wide range of dvds to borrow for free in the lobby. Room service is also a reasonable price. - The hotel's site seems to be hacked by some Russian hacker. The site kept switching to a Russian language site automatically.

Once in a rare while these days you come across a true gem. This apartment hotel is one of those. The accommodation is first rate, the food superb and the staff professional and friendly. No one can do enough for you. The gym is full sized the pool enormous and everything seems brand new. I cannot praise it enough as you can see. The staff are wonderful and helpful. I have stayed there many times and it is always of the highest standard. Love the pool, the breakfasts, the cafe, the foyer where you can sit and relax and watch the passing parade, love the fact that it is away from a lot of the tourist areas and markets but easy to walk or sky train or taxi to any of them.
