  Lovely aircon room with a big comfortable bed. Only ten minutes from immigration if you are stopping over on your way to Laos. The receptionist was extremely helpful, spoke perfect English and was full of information. Gorgeous view of the Mekong river. - Nice place with a good view of the river on the south end of town.   We were looking for accommodation close to the "slow boat" to Luang Probang. 100 metres to the Thai immigration office. You cant get much closer.   value for the money, friendly people - We were welcomed by very friendly staff. The town is not that big, so everything is on walking distance. Location is more or less on the river bank, where the guest house also has a terrace with restaurant/bar with a nice view on the Mekong river.
