  The staff was excellent especially the reservation dept Phennapa.. Nice lady from start to finish.. The staff was always smiling.. There was once when we went swimming automtically they bring the towels for us to dry. Kudos to them. Highly recommend this hotel. - Staff was excellent, very friendly.
