It was not too crowded so plenty of space by the pool. Beach was lovely.
On site shop, splash world (children loved it). Landscaping was
relaxing. Safe envirnment, very little traffic. Restaurant choice was
good with local restaurants near by if you wanted a change of scenery.

What a beautiful resort! The pool is great, book a pool access room and you will be able to jump in the pool from your room. Gorgeous grounds and lovely pool, the tide was out at the beach so would have been a far walk to get to the water. Everything in this hotel is very pleasant. We lived in the suite which has pool access. We had the best day in the vacation, to take the cooking class in Terrace restaurant. Thai chef Ms. Wenne is very professional at both cooking and teaching, while the main chef is also a nice person. They will be the reason for us to come back again.

I liked everything in the hotel.. when I first came they let wait for sometimes to find a room, but when I talked to the manager, he apologied and offered me a basket of fruits. it was very kind from them. really loved the place and the staff and everything -

Staff were really attentive, friendly & helpful. The hotel is on the side of a mountain which allows for great views but the property is quite steep, you may want to keep this in mind if youre unfit, elderly or have children. They do have little free hotel tuk tuks to get you around the property or drop you down at Nai Thon beach. We stayed

nice), Hugo, the guy that took us to our room and explain us everything,
the happy hour, the infinite swimming pools, the amazing breakfast, the
sofa outside the room on the balcony, the restaurants...excellent
service with excelent staff. Congratulations Pullman Arkadia. We stayed
on Phi Phi Islands, Krabi, Bangkok and we definitely vote on Pullman
Arcadia as the best hotel for this travel.

The kindness and sincerity of the entire staff made our stay there very relaxing and rewarding. I will plan to stay again at the hotel on my next visit to Phuket. -

Our stay at the Chava was perfect from start to finish. We were picked up at the airport as promised with babyseat and on time. We were greeted by the manager which was a lovely touch. We stay in one of the regular rooms. It was actually nicer than I expected, and quite large for a standard room. I was happy with our room but would recommend booking one of the rooms with pool access.

We were greeted by the hotel staff at the airport as we had opted for
the airport transfer. It's not free but I've no complain as it
was very pleasant. The moment the polite driver sat on his driver's
seat, he offered us two towels to refresh ourselves. Then we were

The hotel was amazing and its very quiet and the staff are helpful. But this hotel is very nice for honey moon couples and for famillys. The only issue was that their r soooooo many bees and my wife was always screaming like a baby so watch out all men if u have wifes are affraid of inscects.
