location -- apartments 5mins from Zug railway station; comfort -- big & roomy apartment, ; large balcony (especially nice for smokers). Very friendly helpful staff, and accomodation advertised matched what I found. For price, would expect a fully fitted kitchen to include a few basics, at least to a hotel room standard such as tea, coffee, sugar, salt pepper. Even better a few extras like tissues, cling wrap and oil in the kitchen for cooking.
