This hostel was very clean and during the sumer nights you can actually sleep because the rooms don't have windows. Believe me, during summer that is really a good thing.
Bathroom is very good. Bed is comfortable and location of the hostel is perfect. Opening the door with PIN code is very comfortable.

Everything is automatic, very clean and comfortable . Full kitchen, that area was very good. A Big tv and the room was good.
Convenient to book, clean and comfortable, cheap, easy to access.
Great location (though not much happens in Lulea), kitchen.

The only bad thing was the lack of air in the room. It was not possible to turn on the ventilation...
The room was very small. Doors were very noise when you opened them. We missed reception. There is no window in room and room is very small for 3 people.
There wasn't any staff present when we arrived so if we had needed towels or bed sheets there wasn't anyone there to hire them from or tell us where things were. We had to explore on our own. Very bright lights from the corridors seeped under the door slightly so not as pitch black at night as I'd prefer!.

I'm doing a big travel around Europe , I don't have Internet everywhere .
I recived the email but I couldn't read before arrive to the hostel.
I haven't the code of the door.

Thanks a family could stay in and to take Internet, open my email and read that.
Was a bit horrible.
No reception(too bad), the password given on email was invalid, difficult to contact (only with phone number).
No staff (make sure you get your codes before arriving).
- The doors work with a code but the mine once blocked at 21h with all my baggage inside and it was impossible to open it until next morning at 9h.
