Friendly staff, all were approachable and smiling. Room was spotless clean on arrival and after the cleaning was done eachday. Plenty of staff. - The service was good, people where nice and kind. Also the food in the hotel was really good.

In particular a young man called johan who booked taxis for us, helped us get onto guestlists for clubs etc... On our last night we went to the Ice Bar reccomended by the hotel and then came back to the Hilton Hotels bar which was great fun. Music was fantast

The location, only 5-10minutes walk to the royral palace, and to hop on, hop off boat, walking distance to the old town, quiet area, nice staff, room space (double) is quite big, compared with other hotel. if you just want to go to the Skansen park, Vasa, old town, city hall and royral palace, then you don't need to buy the ticket for train, just hop on hop off boat is enough!

The hotel's location is perfect in the middle of everything with a fantastic view on the Royal Palace. The staff is very friendly - beyond even what one would expect in a hotel of that class. Tip: Instead of the buffet breakfast (and if you don't have the breakfast included in your package) eat a la carte in the bar with the view on the Palace - breath-taking!
