Very helpful staff who spoke excellent English, we could put bus cards onto the hotel bill etc. We didn't use the pool or hot tub but they looked good and other people did use them a lot.   I stayed one night in this hostel and booked a bed in a dorm - but due to a cancellation of another person I got an upgrade to an 2-bed-room and was already excited to stay there one night before I arrived.
