Cleanliness.
No room service/restaurant (was under construction).
Very bad staff, also charged me 5 % extra for paying by credit card,
whereas internationally its never like that, at the most 2.5% extra. The
hotel's fixed tuk tuk driver was threatening and very rude. Location
bad, and breakfast is very minimal.
